Scene System

In CharaStudio, a scene is the smallest unit of story narrative. Each scene contains:

  • Scene Title: e.g., "Frost Moon City Gate"
  • Scene Type: Indoor/Outdoor, Day/Night, Real/Dream
  • Location: Which World Card/Scene Card it belongs to
  • Characters Present: List of characters in this scene
  • Scene Description: Text description of the scene's visual environment
  • Panel Sequence: Comic panels for this scene

Creating a Scene

  1. In the chapter editor, click "Add Scene"
  2. Fill in basic scene information
  3. Link to the corresponding World Card
  4. Select characters present
  5. Add scene description (AI can assist)

Panel Editor

CharaStudio provides a visual panel editor:

Each panel can be set to:

  • Shot Type: Wide, Medium, Close-up, Two-shot, Group shot
  • Angle: Eye-level, Bird's-eye, Worm's-eye, Dutch, etc.
  • Art Style: Realistic, Anime, Ink wash, Black & white
  • Dialogue Bubbles: Bubble style and content

AI Panel Generation

Convert text scripts into comic panels:

  1. Complete the scene's text description
  2. Click "AI Generate Panels"
  3. Select the panel style
  4. AI will automatically plan panel count, shot types, and composition
  5. Review and adjust unsatisfactory panels
  6. Click "Generate Images", and AI will draw comics based on panel content

Scene Card Library

In the "Scene Cards" tab, you can manage all scenes:

  • Create reusable scene templates
  • Scene Cards contain preset location descriptions and atmosphere settings
  • Import Scene Cards into new projects to quickly build story environments

Smooth transitions between scenes maintain narrative flow:

Batch Panel Generation

For scenes with many panels, use batch generation:

  1. Select multiple panels
  2. Choose "Batch Generate"
  3. Set consistent style parameters for all selected panels
  4. AI will generate all panels in parallel, saving time
